PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Personal and business cheques [please allow 7 working days clearance] made out to ‘Jupp Fine Art’
- Building Society cheques, bankers draft [these require no clearance]
- Payment direct into our NatWest bank account [please e-mail for details]
FRAMING
All works are sold un-mounted and unframed unless specified otherwise. We shall be delighted to advise on and arrange for works to be framed.
DELIVERY
By arrangement. We shall charge you packing, transit costs and insurance at cost price.
EXPORT
If the work is to be exported from the UK, we will normally arrange for export and shipment. Customers may be liable to be charged import duties and taxes or Customs clearance where applicable
PRIVACY
Jupp Fine Art takes your privacy seriously. We will not share any information passed to us, with the necessary exception of delivery details, which will be passed on to our postal carriers. We do not keep information about you other than for the fulfilment of your order.
Terms and Conditions
- In placing your order it will be assumed that you have read and accept the terms and conditions set out below:
- We guarantee the authenticity of all works of art displayed on our website. We confirm that we either own the work or are authorised to sell it on behalf of the owner.
- We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display the screen image to exactly correspond with the painting or print.
- Prices are subject to revision without notice. All works of art are offered subject to availability.
- Prices are in pounds sterling.
- VAT is not charged.
- Prices do not include postage, packaging or insurance nor import duties and taxes or Customs clearance. Postage, packaging and insurance will be advised at time of purchase. All works of art remain the property of Jupp Fine Art until payment has been made in full. The contract shall be governed by English law. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- No claim of any
kind whatsoever will be accepted unless
a) the claim is received by Jupp Fine Art in writing within 7 days of the delivery day
b) All goods must be in the condition and state as delivered
c) the work is returned in the packaging in which it was originally delivered. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the returned package is properly secured and packaged. The purchaser is responsible for insuring the returned work of art against loss or damage during transit. We recommend using the Post Office Special Delivery Service or Business Post
At the time of the sale we will, if requested, explain the condition of the work. We will not be responsible for any subsequent deterioration of the work, however occasioned, after the sale. The client is responsible for satisfying themselves as to any statements made. - No artwork may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the written permission of the artist
